About the role

We have the opportunity for Full-Time staff to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston on a temporary basis. This is a fast paced environment where the customer always comes first. We believe every customer should leave us thinking WOW!

 

Full-Time hours are 37.5 hours per week, five days from 7, so there is a requirement to work evenings and weekends. Our office is currently open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm on a Saturday and 10.30am to 5pm on a Sunday (these hours will increase during peak trading periods).

The Person:

The Role:
•    Customers can contact us if they want to buy something or if they have a problem. In either case we treat every customer with a sense of fairness and individuality.

 

You will be expected to:
•    Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms including WhatsApp.

  • Effectively engage with customers via our video and text chat services.
  • Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email.
    •    Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.

About the location

Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is in-between Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
