About the role/responsibilities:
- As a Supervisor you will be leading the team by example ensuring our little shoppers and their parents/guardians feel like they have had the best shopping journey from start to finish
- Engage with customers and staff members alike
- Help your team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements
- Strive for operational excellence
- Assist with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team
- Adhering to company policies and guidelines
- Promote the schuh brand through our core service values
